membership fee structure

Scottish Care at Home is required to be self financing and will receive no on-going financial assistance. On this basis, fee levels have set to adequately cover the running costs.

Fees run from 1st January to 31st December each year and prospective members will be required to pay a pro-rata fee from the point at which they join during the year.

The fee structure is based on the average number of hours of care provided each week, split into bands as follows -

< 250 hours/week
£200 p.a.
< 1,000 hours/week
£400 p.a.
< 3,000 hours/week
£500 p.a.
< 5,000 hours/week
£750 p.a.
< 7,000 hours/week
£1,000 p.a.
< 10,000 hours/week
£2,000 p.a.

Members providing in excess of 10,000 hours/week will pay a fee calculated on the basis of £200 per 1,000 hours/week provided. To assist members with the payment of fees Scottish Care at Home allow membership to be spread over the course of theyear through Standing Order.
